We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
We accept the return of incorrect product shipment.
Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing (by a jeweler other than Costozon by Retail Ecomm Solutions) will not be accepted.
The product must be the same as a new condition.
The product will not be accepted if the tag is removed.
Lose solitaire diamonds/gemstones and gold coins or bars and frames are not covered in 30 days return policy.
Product returns will be accepted in case of damage on receipt or differences in product designs from that on the website.
This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke service, i.e. designed exclusively for our client by Costozon through customization, including engraving, and removal of the tag.

Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed from all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, paper, certificates, and the original invoice.

Once the return shipment did please send the tracking to us on our email id sales@costozon.com
Keep the return tracking no. and ensure that the package is returned to us at mentioned above address.
All refunds shall be done by the way of a PayPal / online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account or PayPal account by Retail Ecomm Solutions within 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards / net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.
In case of a refund under 30 days return, the refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificates, original invoices, and product certificates.
The money-back amount will be 100% actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes as applicable.
Part payment received against customized jewelry or not refunded.
Our 30-day no-question money-back policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange and we will also pay for the shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
